- Children between 0-2 years are free of charge (with one bedroom)
- Between 3-14 years: varies depending on age and home
- Cot, baby travel cot and high chair on request € 25.00 per stay
- Dogs for an extra charge of € 10.00 per day (without food) - only on request.
- Arrival from 15:00 - 17:00 (If you arrive later, please let us know).
- Earlier arrival only possible after consultation and availability
- Departure: We kindly ask you to vacate the flats by 09:30 at the latest.
- Only the guests listed in the registration confirmation are authorised to stay in the house and in the booked flats. Visits by third parties (non-guests) and their stay in the house and in the flat is not permitted, or only after prior, personal consultation with us landlords. Free parking spaces for short-term visitors are not available. In case of non-compliance we reserve the right to charge a contribution towards expenses.
- Bread roll service from Monday - Saturday (except public holidays)
- WLAN free of charge
- Non-smoking holiday flats (ashtrays are located on the balconies)
- Parties in the flat and on the balcony are not permitted. Night rest is to be observed.
- Final cleaning between 70,00 € - 90,00 €

There is one free parking space per flat directly in front of the house. If you are travelling with more than one car, please let us know in advance.
- Prices exclude final cleaning and visitor's tax (€ 3.50 per person/night from 15 years)
- We reserve the right to adjust prices if they are incorrect and refer to the current price list.
Cancellation fees
The following cancellation conditions apply:
There is no right of withdrawal according to § 18 para. 1 line 10 FAGG, instead the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry AGBH 2006 apply:
No cancellation fees up to 3 months before the start of the holiday,
3 months to 1 month: 40 % of the total price,
1 month to 1 week: 70 % of the total price,
in the last week: 90 % of the total price.
We recommend a Travel Cancellation Insurance to finalise
